I finally managed to dig into Wuthering Heights and now it's getting really good. I'm still not sure what to feel about any of the characters, though. They're all jerks, but sympathetic jerks lol.

I actually started looking at the 1897 geology textbook I randomly picked up at a local secondhand bookstore last week and it (because plate tectonics wasn't really a thing then) that mountains formed because the inside of the earth was shrinking due to the release of geothermal energy so the crust was wrinkling up around it lol. I'm going to be putting some notable quotes from that book on my new dinosaurs page.

I've bought so many books this summer it's not even funny. I'm going to need an entire third bookshelf when I move back into the dorms lol. Right now I just have like three different tote bags just full of books lol. The best part is that they were maybe a hundred dollars total. I love secondhand bookstores.

I think I have solved maybe one of the murders in Cain's Jawbone. Do I know the names of any of the parties involved? No. Do I even know exactly how the murder happened? Absolutely not. But what I do have is vibes and clearly that is court-admissable evidence that I am right.

My brother inherited my grandpa's beautiful 50-something-year-old acoustic guitar today so I borrowed it for a few hours mwahaha. I didn't realize how nice guitars sound up close and now I'm extremely tempted to use my adult money to get one for myself.
